A handheld combination silver case combining, vanity case, visiting card holder, powder compact, aide-mémoire and stamp holder. The inside gilt and the outer surface planished. Blue sapphires fashioned en cabochon act as the pushbuttons. Suspended by a short length of oval trace links.
