Silver Brooch

This oval brooch features a shotted outer edge with a zigzag pattern, typical of the latter part of the mid-Victorian era. The centre of the brooch is ornamented with a die-stamped appliqué of hunting accoutrements, including a stirrup, horseshoe, riding crop, and trumpet, all connected with ivy leaves. Measuring 40.90 mm x 24.25 mm, the brooch is crafted from white metal, tested as silver.
